Client Portal Support

Welcome to the 2018 Tax Season!

This year we are using ONVIO, a Thomson Reuters’s product, to meet your tax needs.

Current clients with valid e-mail addresses will receive access to their portals no later than February 5, 2018. Below are the instructions for registering and using your client portal.

STEP 1: REGISTRATION EMAIL
Our support staff will email you “Register Your Client Center Account”. If you do not receive your account registration email please check your spam for any emails from support@lockhartproservices.com or no-rely@onvio.com. If you still do not see your client registration email, please email Ruth with our Support Staff at support@lockhartproservices.com

STEP 2: REGISTER ONLINE
Your registration email should look like this:

Click the orange “REGISTER NOW” button and follow the online instructions to complete your account registration.

STEP 3: DOWNLOAD MOBILE APP
To make life a little easier this year, you can now use your phone to take photographs of your tax documents, such as your W2s, and upload them securely to your client portal. You will also be able to check for and answer your tax preparers questions through the portal.

STEP 4: TAX QUESTIONNAIRE
Once you login you will automatically be taken to your client portal landing page and your current questionnaire. Please click on the image below to enlarge.


Your tax questionnaire is comprised of the following sections:
1. Welcome!
2. Taxpayer Information
3. Address/Contact Information
4. Spouse Information
5. Banking Information
6. Dependants
7. Personal Income
8. Investment Income
9. Business, Rental or Farm Income
10. Schedule K-1, Estate/Trust Income, REMIC
11. Retirement Plans and Social Security
12. Education
13. Health Care
14. Other Information
15. Home Ownership
16. Deductions
17. Payments
18. Upload Documents

The tax questionnaire should take between 10-20 minutes. Once you have answered the questions in sections 1-17, section 18 will tell you which documents you are required to upload based on your answers. You can upload them directly into section 18. Please click “Done” at the end of section 18 to indicate to our firm that we may begin processing your return.

*Please note: If you do not have all of your tax documents at the time you submit your tax questionnaire, you may upload them at a later dated in the “Upload Documents” tab. Additionally, tax questionnaires must be received by February 15th to be eligible for the EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT.*

STEP 5: 2017 TAX DOCUMENTS
Once your tax return is completed, it will be posted to this tab in your client portal. You may download it at any time for your records.

STEP 6: UPLOAD DOCUMENTS
We recognize that you may not have all of your tax documents at the time you complete your questionnaire. If you are notified that you are missing documents, you may upload them in this tab of your portal.

STEP 7: ALL TAX DOCUMENTS

At the conclusion of the tax season, all documents that were used for the preparation of your tax return will be posted in this tab under the corresponding year folder. You may access these documents at any time.

STEP 8: DOCUMENTS

Can’t find what you are looking for?

Underneath “Tax” on the left menu bar, you may use the search bar to search for the documents you are looking for. This section includes previous tax returns, all supporting documents, and allows you to view your most recent activities.

If you are business client, your business documents will available in this tab.
